Carrie Webb reached out with a request for "organic, living, breathing" packaging for her vegan beauty scrubs. The challenge was to create packaging that integrated Carrie's request for subtle, bespoke, vintage elements while maintaining shelf impact. Additionally, I wanted to create a design that would easily integrate with the introduction of future line extensions. Researching retailers' displays of similar products contributed to the information architecture needed to make this design work well amongst many competitors.

 

A bright yet earthy color palette lends a modern edge, tells a clear, distinctive story and stands out on the shelf. Etched scientific illustrations evoke an old-world, artisan aesthetic and honor Carrie's background in Botany and Horticulture.
