Branding + Collateral

Northwest Center is a leader in advancing equal opportunities for children and adults with disabilities - providing early intervention, inclusive early learning, after school programs, and employment services (including transition services, vocational training, job placement, and supported employment). Looking to gain more visibility and create a more cohesive and professional aesthetic, they decided on a complete brand refresh. They wanted to keep elements of the original ”NW” icon – as it had a story of inclusion behind it - but wanted a more current look and feel. The challenge was to create a logo that would be a strong presence on its own but would also pair well across their many divisional businesses. 

 

RESULT: The refreshed logo and collateral reflects Northwest Center's new positioning and shows how they have evolved - taking the outdated branding and making it more relevant. Additionally - over the years - Northwest Center's brand expressions had become scattered and  inconsistent. The refresh was successful in making everything look, not just fresh, but cohesive. Northwest Center was able to tell their story to a much wider audience - not only making their inner transformation outwardly tangible, but also setting them up for huge success in their future fundraising efforts.
