Scam Likely Illustrations

Porter Novelli, an award-winning, global purpose communications consultancy reached out on behalf of T-Mobile to create a fun campaign their "Scam ID" feature - designed to protect users against suspicious calls, robocalls, IRS impersonation scams, etc.

As a response to their customer's tongue-in-cheek personification of T-Mobile's "Scam Likely" feature, the intention behind this campaign was to create a series of characters and environments that fleshed out T-Mobiles proprietary security features like Scam Likely, Scam ID, and Scam Block (not to mention a supporting cast of friends and family). Characters were created with "simple shapes" and environments/backgrounds were designed in a minimalist/mid-century modern style (thank you, Saul Bass) to allow for ease of implementation once the deliverables were executed. Final illustrations were intended for end use in various promotional materials - including a whimsical book and an animated promotional video.
